After sales

1. warranty :

Complete machine for 15 months from the date of shipment to purchaser, except for consumable parts (coolant, air filter, oil filter, oil separator core, rubber products).

2.Installation and Commissioning:

-If the model you purchased is a combined integrated air compressor, it can be plugged in and used without installation.

-If it is a sperately screw air compressor, it needs to be connected with a pipeline (we can provide it or you can purchase it locally). also we have professional videos and instructions to guide you to complete the installation.

-At the same time, if you need local technicians to provide installation services, please communicate with your sales in advance

3： spare parts

Hengchaowin Compressor and local distributors or dealers guarantee to provide all necessary related original spare parts (consumable parts, wearing parts, and key components), in order to help support our customers repairing and maintaining their' equipment in time.

- We recommend that customers always store some easy-wearing parts when delivery coompressor ,in order to minimize system downtime and subsequent production losses.

- A list of wearing parts for ( 1 year / 2 years) will be provided to customers.

- Air compressor oil is excluded in the list, Hengchaowin will provide the customer with the oil type for being available to purchase locally.
